Two ways to find
your direction.

WHAT’S ON OFFER

ONE- ON- ONE

Individual Sessions

60-minute sessions with Vicki, tailored to where you are and where you want to go.

Each session is a focused, one-hour conversation held in a safe and confidential space. Using an integrated approach that combines evidence-informed therapeutic methods with practical, strategic career development support, I work alongside you to create an integrated plan that not only guides your next career step, but supports your whole self in the process. My practice is supportive, trauma-informed, and grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience.

What a session covers

  • Sessions are flexible and client-led. Depending on where you are, a session might explore:

  • Clarifying what you actually want — not what you think you should want

  • Identifying and naming your strengths and what you bring

  • Working through ambivalence or fear around change

  • Building a realistic, grounded plan for what’s next

  • Developing the language and confidence to talk about yourself and your career

SELF-DIRECTED

Nia Workbook Suite

A complete suite of evidence-based workbooks for those who prefer to explore at their own pace.

The Nia workbook suite is a self-guided career development programme built on the Appreciative Inquiry framework, an evidence-based approach to change that begins with what’s already working, and builds from there. Each workbook is designed to be completed independently, in your own time, at your own pace. Together, they form a complete journey from self-discovery through to a concrete career pathway and plan.

Who the workbooks are for

  • You prefer to work independently, at your own pace and in your own time

  • You’re a reflective thinker who does your best thinking on paper

  • You want a structured, evidence-based process rather than an open-ended exploration

  • You’re looking for a complement to your counselling sessions

  • You want a resource you can return to over time as your direction evolves

QUALIFICATIONS

The background, behind the practice

Vicki holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy, a Master of Business Administration, and a Master of Counselling, Rehabilitation and Mental Health. Each qualification reflects a different chapter of her own career journey, and together they bring something distinctive to her practice: the precision of a clinician, the perspective of a strategist, and the depth of a trained counsellor. She is a member of the Australasian Society of Occupational Rehabilitation Consultants (ASORC), with specialist expertise in the intersection of work, identity, and recovery. What this means for the people she works with is a practitioner who can hold the clinical, the strategic, and the personal — all at once, and all in service of you. Her practice is evidence-informed and trauma-aware, shaped by over a decade of professional experience across health and business, and by the people she has had the privilege of walking alongside through some of their most significant career transitions.

You might be
wondering...

Can I do both services?

Absolutely. Many clients begin with the assessment package to build self-knowledge and then continue with 1:1 sessions to apply those insights to their goals and next steps. The two services complement each other beautifully.

What happens in a 1:1 session?

Each session is tailored to where you are and what you need. We might explore your career story, clarify what's not working, examine your values and strengths, or work through a specific challenge or decision. Sessions are collaborative, reflective, and practical.

How do I find out about pricing?

Pricing for both services is available on request. Simply book a free discovery call or reach out via email and Vicki will provide full details — no obligation required.

How long does the assessment package take?

The online assessments typically take 45–60 minutes to complete and can be done at a time that suits you. The debrief session is 60 minutes and is booked once your results are available.
