I work with people who are:

  • Feeling burnt out, disengaged, or unfulfilled in their current work

  • Questioning their career identity, purpose, or direction

  • Considering a career change or retraining

  • Wanting more alignment between work and personal values

  • Approaching retirement and wondering what the next chapter looks like

  • Recovering from workplace injury and rebuilding confidence, capability, and identity

  • Looking for a safe, supportive space to explore possibilities without judgment

My clients come from all walks of life — from early-career professionals to seasoned leaders — but they share one thing in common: a desire for meaningful, sustainable change.

1. Why NIA?

NIA means ……A Protean career put you in the driver’s seat. You make career decisions based on your values, your goals, and what feels meaningful, creating a deep sense of success that goes beyond external measures of success.

Adaptability sits at the heart of the protean career mindset—and it’s one of the most powerful advantages you can develop. In a fast-changing, unpredictable world, the ability to pivot, grow, and navigate disruption sets thriving professionals apart. Today’s careers demand constant reflection, renewed self-awareness, and the confidence to evolve as industries shift. With a protean approach, you don’t just cope with change—you harness it, turning uncertainty into opportunity throughout every stage of your working life.

3. I’ve been made redundant — where should I start?

First, know that you’re not alone. Our Redundancy Recovery Program is designed to help you emotionally process the change, rebuild your confidence, and begin planning your next steps. A free consultation can help you decide where to begin.
